20 Year Monolithic Fabric Reinforced Over Membrane – 16,000 sq. ft facility
I believe this is the best flat roof system design out there. It has the highest build of roof material and saves a lot of $$ utilizing the existing membrane. It is a superior system to spray on applications and more cost effective to maintain over the life of the building. I highly recommend this system and install crew. Service was second to none.

I noticed a flyer that had been mailed to my employer concerning roof maintenance. Even though the brochure specifically stated commercial roofs, I was in dire need of a residential roof repair. I called the number listed and that began a great relationship not only between businessman and client but between families and friends. Samuel Beechy said he would be glad to review our concerns and give an estimate. The following morning he was at the home and two days later we had our estimate. Within a short time (weather related) David and Katie arrived and within a few short hours (over 2400 square feet of roof) the job was complete. As they were preparing to leave, I aske if they could look at another smaller roof on another property while they were in Morristown. Once again, after checking with Samuel, we went to the second site and repairs were made. One week later and after some very heavy rains, both roofs are leak free! I highly recommend the folks at Beechy Commercial Roofing not only for their expertise, but also for their fair pricing, care and concern for their customers’ needs and curtesy and friendliness before, during and after service.
Great company to work with
We just had this company to work on our flat rubber roof. They preform a Membrane Recoating System. After pressuring washing the old rubber roof, they patched all of our small holes, applied fabric and base coat to all seams, applied a primer and finished with applying the Puma XL Top Coat. The installers, Katie & David were very polite and took great pride in their work. Samuel came after the work was completed and inspected their work. Everyone was great to work with.
OUTSTANDING Customer Service
We are so thankful for Beechy’s Commercial Roofing!! From the very start, through the whole process and even continuing afterwards, their customer service is OUTSTANDING! We took our time deciding which vendor to go with and are very happy we chose Beechy’s! They did a great job really explaining in the beginning what they were going to do, they stuck to their lead time (started even sooner than expected!) and have been in multiple times after the job was completed to make sure all is well! They are very hard workers and were always busy! All of our leaks are gone which is such a great feeling!! Awesome experience all around and will definitely recommend to anyone needing a commercial roofer!!

Samuel was very thorough. He assessed the roof and explained in detail the work that needed to be completed.
The job was nicely done and in a timely matter. He has also taken the time to check up on his work and making sure we were very satisfied with his work. He also made sure we had pictures of the before and after as well as, his contact information.
